Dr Alex Box, internationally renowned makeup artist, futurist, and founder of V-Metics, has been named one of the Vogue Business’ 2025 list of 100 Innovators: Beauty Disruptors, the annual list that celebrates the founders, leaders and visionaries shaping the future of the beauty industry.
Box has long been recognised as one of beauty’s most boundary-pushing creatives. Formerly Creative Director of cult brand Illamasqua, she developed a global following for her boundary pushing artistry and collaborations with Alexander McQueen, Lady Gaga and more. Her work has recently included creative direction partnerships with NARS, Epic Games and Microsoft alongside brand partnerships and public speaking for Noble Panacea, Chanel and Zalando.
