I’m Ciarán, I’m a trans man living in south east London. I’m a strength and movement specialist with a focus on calisthenics and arial body movement. I run community self defence classes, with a focus on strengthening the safety of marginalized and vulnerable communities and an ex Muay Thai fighter.
