BITTU (he/him) is a Londoner of South Asian heritage and a wellness brand founder.
As the son of an Ayurvedic doctor Bittu grew up immersed in yoga, meditation, breathwork and spirituality. He now shares his rich knowledge with the local community in his West London studio. As well as volunteering at the local ‘not-for-profit’ cinema and for Oxfam, Bittu further raises money through taking part in triathlons. He enjoys hiking, solo travel, gigs, especially those with a serious mosh-pit, and learning; most recently gaining a 4-year diploma in ‘tabla’ from the Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan in Kensington.
As the Co-Founder and Director of Mauli Rituals - Bittu harnesses his rich heritage to shape the brand’s narrative. This includes instruction in breathwork, subtle stretching, intention through aphorism, as well performing the occasional TikTok dance.
