At Crumb, we value all Humans, no matter their age, gender, disability, or ethnicity. Stereotypes limit our perspective and understanding of the world; we challenge tokenism and quotas so that we see the whole person. Here at Crumb, we refer to any Human over 40 years old as “Mature” but we recognise that this says nothing about their personality, preferences or appearance so aim to avoid reductive labelling wherever possible.
